Terms of Use

Last updated August 19, 2026

The plain-language version of what you're agreeing to by using this site or joining StrongHER.

Who this is for

StrongHER is a strength-training and nutrition-education membership for adult women, built and coached by Rachel Ayers, RN. By using rachelayerswellness.com or the StrongHER app, you're agreeing to these terms.

Not medical advice

Rachel is a Registered Nurse, and StrongHER is built on real clinical knowledge — but the app and this site are educational, not a substitute for medical care. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you're pregnant, managing a health condition, or taking medication.

Membership & billing

  • StrongHER membership is billed monthly. You can see the current tiers and pricing on the pricing section of the site.
  • Cancel anytime from inside the app. You'll get an email confirming your cancellation — no call required, no retention pitch.
  • Rachel recommends a 3-month commitment because building muscle takes time, but nothing locks you in.

No results guarantee

We don't promise a specific result, a number on the scale, or a timeline — nobody honestly can, because results depend on you, your body, and how consistently you show up. What we do guarantee is real coaching, real programming, and the ability to cancel any time you want.

Your account

Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Content & ownership

The workouts, guides, plans, and educational content inside StrongHER and on this site are Rachel's original work. They're for your personal use — please don't copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Liability

Strength training carries the normal physical risk of any exercise program. By joining StrongHER, you're taking part at your own risk, and you agree Rachel Ayers and StrongHER aren't liable for injury from following the program outside of what's medically reasonable for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
